The Premier League has been awash with a plethora of goalscoring greats over the years.
From the likes of Alan Sherarer, Robbie Fowler and Les Ferdinand in the 1990s to more modern day greats such as Harry Kane, Mohamed Salah and Sergio Aguero, fans of the English top-flight have been treated to some truly sensational frontmen.
But which players boast the best goalscoring record in English top-flight matches on away territory?
Well it should come as no surprise to find out that the 10 highest scoring players on the road all feature in the top 15 list of all-time Premier League goalscorers.
Former Tottenham Hotspur star and England talisman Kane currently leads the list, hitting the back of the net more frequently than anybody else, narrowly ahead of ex-Three Lions hero Wayne Rooney.
The top-flight's all-time record marksman Shearer is third on the list with Frank Lampard in fourth and former Anfield favourite Mohamed Salah in fifth.
Andy Cole and Aguero, who served Manchester United and Manchester City with distinction, occupy sixth and seventh spots whilst Michael Owen is the eighth most prolific player in Premier League away fixtures.
Making up the top 10 are Jamie Vardy (ninth), formerly of Leicester City, and Dutchman Robin van Persie (tenth), who enjoyed huge success with both Arsenal and Manchester United.
