The Argentine succeeded Frank Lampard in the Stamford Bridge hotseat after the Blues legend held the fort on an interim basis to end the 2022/23 season.
Following a woeful start to the season which saw Chelsea slump to 14th after one win in their opening six matches, the Blues demonstrated considerable improvement in the second half of the campaign, losing just one of their final 15 matches to finish sixth - five points adrift of a UEFA Champions League berth.
Chelsea also reached the final of the EFL Cup, losing to Liverpool in the final, before reaching the last four of the FA Cup.
Conor Gallagher made the most appearances for the Blues in 2023/24, featuring in 48 matches in all competitions. Gallagher played in 35 Premier League matches and featured in all of Chelsea's cup fixtures.
He was trailed by Moises Caicedo and Axel Disasi, who also featured in all seven of Chelsea's League Cup matches and all six of their FA Cup fixtures.
Cole Palmer, who enjoyed a remarkable breakthrough season at Stamford Bridge, netted 25 goals in 43 appearances in all competitions.
Nicolas Jackson, Raheem Sterling, Enzo Fernandez and Mykhailo Mudryk all racked up 40+ appearances under Pochettino.
Thiago Silva and Malo Gusto complete the top 10.
