After Yan Diomande's record-breaking move to Real Madrid we've taken a look at the most expensive Ivorian players of all time.
Diomande arrived at the Santiago Bernabeu this summer for a fee reported to be worth up to £120million.
In doing so, he surpassed Jude Bellingham as the club's most expensive player, and broke fellow Ivorian Nicolas Pepe's record as the most expensive transfer involving an African player.
Pepe had previously become the most expensive player from the Ivory Coast when he joined Arsenal from Lille in the summer of 2019.
The Gunners paid a club-record £72million for his services, eclipsing the fee they had paid to sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang the previous January.
