Ahead of the new season, the ever-popular Season Handicap market has been released for the 2026/27 League Two campaign.
Big-spending Salford City will start off scratch following the high-profile signings of Luke Molyneux from Doncaster Rovers, Macauley Langstaff from Millwall and Joe Powell from Rotherham United.
Bristol Rovers, who were one of the form teams in the second half of the 2025/26 campaign under Steve Evans, are given five points.
League Two is always fiercely competitive and that's reflected in the Season Handicap market with a further six teams starting with only a single-figure point advantage, including Barnet, York City, Port Vale, Chesterfield, Grimsby Town and Rotherham United.
Last season's National League play-off winners Rochdale are given an 18-point head start, while two clubs that were in League One last season - Northampton Town and Exeter City - have been handed 16 points and 20 points respectively.
After narrowly avoiding relegation from League Two for the second successive season, Christian Fuchs' Newport County will have a 30-point advantage.
For those new to the market, each team is assigned a points total which essentially acts as a head start for the season.
At the end of the campaign, each team’s handicap is added to their actual points total, and whoever finishes with the most points wins.
Keep in mind, the team you back must finish above all other teams after all handicaps have been added.
