Katie Taylor will bow out in front of her home fans when she takes on undefeated contender Flora Pili in a farewell bout at Croke Park in Dublin.
The headquarters of the Gaelic Athletic Association, Croke Park has rarely been used for other sporting events but Taylor has been given the green light to bring down the curtain on her legendary career there.
The last professional boxing contest to be staged at the venue saw Muhammad Ali defeat Al Lewis in July 1972.
Not content to step away with an easy fight, the two-time Olympic gold medallist will look to become undisputed champion for the third time when she takes on the 13-0 Pili over 10 rounds on 5 September.
