Everything you need to know as Katie Taylor beat Amanda Serrano for the third time to defend the undisputed super-lightweight championship at Madison Square Garden in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Katie Taylor beat Amanda Serrano by unanimous decision to complete a clean sweep of three victories in their trilogy and defend her undisputed super-lightweight titles.
Taylor was declared winner by scores of 97-93 on two of the judges' cards, while the third had them even at 95-95.
Unlike the scoring debate from their second fight in November, it was difficult to disagree with this verdict as Taylor was much more economical on the night.
Serrano enjoyed some success in rounds six and eight but was unable to sustain her challenge as Taylor prevailed in a fight of fine margins.
Two of the three ringside judges, Steve Weisfeld and Nicolas Esnault, scored the bout in Katie Taylor's favour, while the third and final judge Mark Lyson ruling it 95-95 even.

"We have made history three times.
"It is such a historic fight and a pleasure to share the ring with her. We are history makers forever.
"I want to thank Amanda Serrano, what an amazing fighter.
"I thought I did enough [to win]. I boxed smart and well, she wasn't catching much tonight but it is always a close contest.
"I have a huge amount of respect for Amanda. What a warrior."
"I tried something different, it was all about working smarter not harder.
"I tried to keep my distance and not fight with her because apparently it didn't work the first two fights. We tried to stay with the long punches and one twos, and it just wasn't enough."
Katie Taylor was installed as the 29/20 underdog to beat Amanda Serrano for a third time, meaning there was an 40.8% implied probability of the Irish star reigning supreme.
Katie Taylor controlled proceedings in New York and it was hard not to argue with the verdict, winning at least seven of the 10 rounds on two of the three judges scorecards.
Amanda Serrano was the busier of the pair as she finished the bout with 382 shots thrown in comparison to Taylor's 231, although both fighters landed the exact same number of shots with 70.
Serrano was more persistent with her jab but only managed to land less than 10% the 217 jabs thrown at Taylor, while the Irish sensation was slightly more efficient with her use of the jab.
Katie Taylor | Amanda Serrano | |
94 | Jabs Thrown | 217 |
13 | Jabs Landed | 21 |
137 | Power Thrown | 165 |

It's estimated that there was a $18m prize purse for Katie Taylor v Amanda Serrano 3.
It's believed that the two biggest names in women's boxing will split the full $18m (£13.25m) fight purse, irrespective of Taylor's win.
The figure surpasses the $14m (£10.3m) purse for the second bout last year.
