Rangers are back in action this evening when they entertain St-Etienne in a pre-season friendly.
It will be the first opportunity for new manager Derek McInnes to see his players in action following his decision to leave Hearts at the end of last season.
Rangers faded away in the 2025/26 title race and McInnes will now be looking to overhaul champions Celtic with a different club.
The hosts will also have one eye on their upcoming UEFA Europa League third qualifying round tie against Jagiellonia Bialystok, with the first leg taking place in Poland in two weeks' time.
Visitors St-Etienne will be targeting promotion from the second-tier of French football following their play-off final defeat last season.
