There are four meetings scheduled to take place across Britain and Ireland on Sunday, flat cards at Leicester and Chepstow, Group 1 action at the Curragh and jumps fare from Downpatrick.
The Racing Post's Gary Savage has picked out three selections for the best of the day's action at the Curragh, including one in the showpiece, the Group 1 Phoenix Stakes.

With significant rain looking increasingly unlikely at the Curragh it should pay to concentrate on those proven on a quick surface and John James Feane's FINIKA fits the bill despite having only had three starts.
That's because her most recent run, when breaking her maiden at Cork, saw her run out a cosy winner over six furlongs on good to firm ground.
This drop back by a furlong will prove no hindrance judging by how well she travelled that day, while collateral lines through those she beat make an opening mark of 81 look on the generous side.
Her trainer talked about gaining black type for this homebred filly immediately after that performance, but they presumably thought it would be silly not to try and pick up a nice prize on the way when she was allotted her mark.
Feane also trained her talented half-sister Fregada (RPR 97), who never ran in handicaps but who achieved black type herself and, with a 3lb allowance and a nice draw up the middle, the selection can take this before stepping up in grade.
16:00 Curragh - Velozee @ 14/1
This race has been a graveyard for favourites recently with the last six all beaten and, with the form lines for this race a real puzzle, it might be worth chancing Paddy Twomey's VELOZEE to come out on top this time.
She has plenty of experience under her belt, with a couple of low-key victories followed by three creditable efforts in Group races and, with this field looking very closely matched, she can take this with conditions looking ideal.
Her last two runs came at Ascot, with an eighth place from an unpromising position in the 5f Queen Mary followed by a close-up third in the Princess Margaret Stakes over six furlongs, when she perhaps hit the front too soon.
Judged on those two efforts, the less punishing Curragh six furlongs should be right up her street and her course victory - albeit over 5f - here in May helps to bolster confidence in that regard.
The 3lb fillies' allowance is not to be sniffed at in this race, with the only three fillies to take part in the last five years earning a win and two second places, a record that Velozee can enhance here.
16:35 Curragh - Rosato @ 8/1
Although most of her runs have come on softer going, Charles Weld's ROSATO ran one of her best ever races last time out on good to firm and, having got herself well handicapped, she looks ready to strike.
Having fallen below the mark she was successful off last summer, the five-year-old has been popular in the market for her last two starts and, while she didn't go close on her penultimate run, she almost repaid the support last time out when just failing to get up at Cork.
Although that last run came in a 0-60, her last win came in a similar level contest to this one, as did her good run over course and distance last October.
As well as that performance, she went close off a mark 5lb higher than she runs off here last September and in an ordinary field she looks ready to gain her fourth win.
