Hearts striker Claudio Braga has been linked with a shock move to Rangers this summer.
Braga has instantly become a fans favourite at Tynecastle after joining the club last summer.
His name has regularly been sung from the terraces after endearing himself to the club's supporters during the 2025/26 campaign.
The 26-year-old scored 17 goals in 43 matches in all competitions as Hearts narrowly missed out on winning the Scottish Championship title.
Braga has been an extremely versatile addition to the Hearts attack and he operated from a number of different positions last season.
However, he could be set for a departure from Edinburgh after just one season following reports from Football Fancast that Rangers are looking to strike a deal.
Club captain and top goalscorer Lawrence Shankland has already left the club for Rangers this summer.
It looks likely that manager Derek McInnes is also set to make the move to Ibrox as Rangers look to secure a quick replacement for Danny Rohl, who has been linked with RB Salzburg.
The potential loss of Braga would be a hammer blow for Hearts as McInnes could look to reunite his two main strikers from last season.
Braga only cost the club £500,000 from Norwegian outfit Aalesunds last season and he has two years remaining on his deal.
Bids of £5 million were reportedly turned down in the January transfer window and Braga is now likely to cost upwards of £7.5 million.
An interesting backdrop to the potential move to Rangers is that Scottish Premiership champions Celtic have also reportedly been keeping tabs on the centre-forward.
