The DP World Tour moves from Italy to Germany with the BMW International Open getting underway at Golfclub München Eichenried in Munich.
This will be the seventh year in a row that the course has played host to this tournament and scores tend to be quite low - last year Daniel Brown won with a score of 22-under par and this was also the winning score in 2022.
There is a strong field in Munich this week, with Joaquin Niemann and Patrick Reed leading the outright market at 11/1 and 16/1 respectively.
Winner of the Open d'Italia, Eugenio Lopez-Chacarra, is 18/1, while defending champion Brown is 70/1 to retain his title.
Best Bet - Joaquin Niemann to win @ 11/1
Alternative Bet - Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen to win and each-way @ 28/1
Alternative Bet - Ewen Ferguson to win and each-way @ 40/1
Best Bet: Joaquin Niemann to win @ 11/1
At the US Open a couple of weeks ago, Niemann played superbly, securing just his second top-ten at a Major in the process with a T7 finish.
The LIV Golf star finished five shots behind Wyndham Clark and if not for an erratic 78 on Thursday, he could well have finished even higher.
Niemann came close to winning the Open d'Italia, heading into the final round with an excellent chance to win the event. In the end, however, Niemann finished third.
He has a chance to move on swiftly from that at the BMW International Open this week in what will be his first start at the tournament.
The Chilean won LIV Golf Korea at the end of May and, when on form, he is arguably one of the finest talents in world golf.
Should he string four solid rounds together, there is no doubt Niemann will be there or thereabouts come Sunday afternoon.
Alternative Bet: Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen to win and each-way @ 28/1
Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen has risen quickly through the ranks, gaining a PGA Tour card for the 2026 season following some impressive displays on the DP World Tour last year.
His form on the PGA Tour hasn't been great, having managed a solitary top-five finish this year, but he did win the Australian Open in December 2025.
At this level, Neergaard-Petersen has a better chance of winning, especially considering his record at this tournament.
Seventh on his debut in 2023 was solid and he finished T14 last year here in Munich.
Course familiarity could be a huge advantage this week and the Dane has proven he can play well at Golfclub München Eichenried. He is due a big week.
Alternative Bet: Ewen Ferguson to win and each-way @ 40/1
Ewen Ferguson knows what it is like to win this event, having sealed the title in 2024.
The Scot played wonderful golf that week, especially during his 64 in round two and was fully deserving of the victory.
Ferguson has came close to another tour win since then, finishing in the top five at the Soudal Open, KLM Open and BMW PGA Championship in 2025.
This year, he has sealed six top-20 finishes, but so far, no win.
Can he rekindle the memories from 2024 ahead of this week as he looks to claim his fourth DPWT title?
