African giants Ghana will attempt to throw a major spanner in England's World Cup hopes when the pair lock-horns in a winner takes all showdown in Boston on Tuesday evening.
The Three Lions produced an outstanding second half showing to see off Croatia 4-2 in Dallas, just a few hours before Ghana kicked-off their campaign with a narrow 1-0 triumph over minnows Panama.
