Manchester United will look to build on their dramatic win over Roma when hosting Aston Villa on Sunday.
The Red Devils were abysmal in the first half against the Italians and looked to be well on their way to a 10th game without a win before a stirring second-half fightback.
But recent performances can't be ignored, and Michael Carrick surely needs a convincing victory against an improving Aston Villa side to have any hope of leading the side out at Anfield after the international break.
Sunday's visitors had won four games on the bounce in all competitions but are now without a win in three after defeats to Bournemouth and Barcelona with the 1-1 draw with Fulham sandwiched in between.
But speaking on the Football Betting Club podcast, Matthew O'Regan is happy to overlook Villa's testing week.

Matthew said: "The bookies seem to like Manchester United recently, but Villa for me look a bit big. They've drifted out to 11/5 as we record—we initially had them down at 2/1. United's win last night ended a run of nine without a win, although you would have got payouts backing against them with bet365's Early Payout Offer.
"Looking at it, I'm surprised Emery doesn't have the best record against United, but this United side are really poor—it doesn't take a genius to figure out they've struggled in recent weeks. I just think Villa, after a poor start to the season where they were beaten at the Amex (no mean feat, and we've seen what teams have done since), but Villa have turned things around massively.
"If you ignore the two away cup games—one with a rotated side against Bournemouth, as Emery doesn't really care about the cups, and the other against Barcelona—Villa haven't lost in nine other than those two. That's only two losses in 11 matches. At 11/5, Villa looks too big.
"I'm just going to keep it simple and back them on the nose."
