The cricket boards of Ireland, Scotland and the Netherlands have combined to launch a new continental franchise league, the European T20 Premier League.
Featuring a host of established international stars, it's hoped the ETPL will act as a catalyst for growth of the sport in non-traditional cricket nations in Europe.

The tournament begins on Wednesday 26th August and concludes with the final on Sunday 20th September.
The league stage will run to Thursday 17th September. The qualifier will take place on Saturday 19th September, with the final pencilled in for the following day on Sunday 20th September.
The European T20 Premier League consists of six teams: two from Ireland, two from Scotland and two from the Netherlands.
The competition is a double-round robin format, where each team faces each other twice in the pool stage.
The first half of the pool stage will be held in the Netherlands, while the second round of games taking place in Dublin.
The top three teams at the end of the group stage qualify for the play-offs. The team that finishes top of the standings proceed directly to the final, while the second and third placed teams contest a qualifier semi-final.
A number of high-profile international stars are competing in the inaugural European T20 Premier League, including Australian stars Steve Smith and Glenn Maxwell, New Zealand icons Trent Boult and Devon Conway, along with England World Cup winners Liam Livingstone, Jason Roy and Chris Jordan.
