Harry Brook has shattered the record for the highest individual score by an England player in an ODI, blitzing 202 against Sri Lanka.
The Yorkshireman joined Joe Root at the crease with England on 85/2 after Ben Duckett was trapped lbw by Dunith Wellalage and soon set about his work.
Brook smashed 21 fours and 10 sixes, surpassing Ben Stokes' record for the highest individual score in an ODI for England and, in the process, made his country's first-ever double-century in the format.
By the time Brook's knock was brought to an end on the final ball of the game, he had already created history; going some 20 clear of the 182 Stokes made against New Zealand.
It was a memorable day for anyone at the Oval in 2023, Stokes put on a batting clinic, smashing 24 boundaries to bring up his mammoth total from just 124 deliveries.
Jason Roy comes in at third, courtesy of his 180 against Australia in Melbourne. The Surrey batter went onto become a key player during England's famous 2019 World Cup win and showed the Aussies what he could do when taking down a bowling attack that included Mitchell Starc and Pat Cummins.
Ex-Nottinghamshire opener Alex Hales comes in at four, making 171 against Pakistan on his home ground Trent Bridge. In typically destructive Hales fashion, he only needed 122 balls to make his mark, hitting 22 fours and four maximums.
