Jobe Bellingham and Josh King selected in England's UEFA Nations League squad

Thomas Tuchel has confirmed his 25-man England squad for the upcoming UEFA Nations League fixtures against Croatia and Spain in November.

England have all but sealed their place in March's Nations League quarter-finals having won three of their opening four fixtures, and they require just a solitary point from their matches against Croatia at Wembley and Spain in Madrid for confirmation of their last eight spot.

The Three Lions still possess the opportunity of winning Group A3, but they must avenge their defeat to world champions Spain by conquering Luis de la Fuente's men in a deciding showdown at the Estadio Metropolitano.

Harry Kane is included in the 25-strong squad after being crowned Ballon d'Or winner and the Bayern Munich striker will surpass Peter Shilton's all-time England appearance record if he features against either Croatia and Spain.

Tuchel has also handed first call-ups for Borussia Dortmund's Jobe Bellingham, the younger brother of Jude Bellingham, and Fulham's academy starlet Josh King.

Jobe joined Dortmund from Sunderland in June 2025 for a fee of £31m and following a difficult debut season in Germany, the central midfielder has flourished this term under Niko Kovac and produced a dazzling display in Der Klassiker against Bayern Munich.

As for King, the attacking midfielder has maintained his trajectory under Alvaro Arbeloa following an excellent breakthrough campaign under the tutelage of Marco Silva. The 19-year-old featured in England's preparation camp in Florida prior to the 2026 World Cup.

Declan Rice, Djed Spence and Ben White all return to the squad, with Rice absent from the previous international window due to injury. White features in the England camp for the first time since March, while Spence will be vying for his first appearance since the World Cup.

Nottingham Forest's Morgan Gibbs-White is also selected by Tuchel, but there is no space for Cole Palmer, who has been left out. Gibbs-White replaced Palmer in the previous camp as the Chelsea midfielder withdrew as an injury concern.
