The England & Wales Cricket Board have announced the updated central contract list with a total of 39 players receiving new deals.
Of the 39, a total of 30 are on England central contracts, with the other nine featuring on development contracts for 2026/27.
11 players have signed two-year deals including Sonny Baker, Jordan Cox and Henry Crocombe. They accompany captains Joe Root and Harry Brook in being tied down until September 2028.
Eight players who did not have a contract for 2025/26 have agreed deals including Emilio Gay, Tom Banton, Sam Cook, Matt Fisher and Dan Lawrence. Ollie Robinson has also received his first central contract since 2023.
Retirees Ben Stokes and Mark Wood, as well as Kent opener Zak Crawley, are among those to drop off the list. Despite being the subject of an ongoing investigation, Brydon Carse still has a year left on his deal.
Precocious Somerset batter Thomas Rew, Nottinghamshire spinning all-rounder Liam Patterson-White and Leicestershire pace bowler Josh Hull feature in the list of nine players with development contracts.
The announcement of contracts also coincides with confirmation of the coaching structure for the men's red and white-ball sides.
New Test head coach Stephen Fleming will be supported by Marcus Trescothick, James Foster, Eric Simons and Richard Dawson, who takes up the spin bowling lead role. Mike Yardy has been appointed batting lead, while Troy Cooley continues in his pace bowling lead position.
Brendon McCullum will be accompanied by compatriots Jeetan Patel and Tim Southee as he leads the white-ball teams. Sarah Taylor and Kevin Pietersen also feature in the Kiwi's backroom staff.
