Celtic are reportedly considering a move for former Chelsea and AC Milan midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko.

Prior to the international break the club suffered back-to-back Old Firm defeats to their bitter rivals Rangers, while also enduring a poor start to their continental campaign as they were beaten 3-1 by Ferencvaros in the Europa League.
With the January transfer window still months away, Celtic are reportedly considering utilising the free agent market to bring in reinforcements as they look to get back to winning ways.
One of those players that has been repeatedly linked with a move to Celtic Park is the one-cap France international Bakayoko.
According to Anthony Joseph, the 32-year-old has been training at the club's Lennoxtown training complex over the international break as they weigh up offering him a contract.
The club had previously moved for Bakayoko - who joined Chelsea for a fee reportedly in excess of £40million back in the summer of 2017 - back in February before ultimately opting to instead sign Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
While Bakayoko's pedigree is undeniable, there will be concerns about his ability to jump back into the rigours of first-team football after an extended period without a club.
His last competitive appearance came all the way back in November of 2024, when he was hooked at half time in a Super League fixture for PAOK against Olympiacos.
The 4-3 defeat brought the curtain down on a season in which he made just nine appearances in all competitions and the Greek club ultimately opted not to exercise a clause to extend his contract.
