Take a look at Cape Verde's odds to qualify from Group H at the World Cup.
Expected to be the whipping boys of the group, Cape Verde's best hopes of progressing to the knockout stages appeared to come from keeping things relatively tight against Spain and Uruguay, beating Saudi Arabia, and hoping three points and their goal difference would take them through.
As it's happened, they've pulled off two stunning upsets, first holding Spain to a 0-0 draw in what will likely go down as the upset of the World Cup. They then led against Uruguay before two quick-fire goals shortly before the break threatened to open the floodgates, but the islanders hit back to record another World Cup point.
They're now in the enviable position of knowing a win against Saudi Arabia almost certainly secures a place in the round of 32, where they would likely meet Argentina.
Where things get interesting is that a draw will see Cape Verde finish second if Uruguay lose to Spain. If they draw and Uruguay beat Spain, their fate will be out of their hands, hoping to get through as one of the best third-placed teams. Of course, a Cape Verde win will assure them of a spot in the round of 32.
More interesting still is Cape Verde can still top the group with a win, though they'll need Spain not to beat Uruguay, and hope goal difference goes in their favour.
