Burnley were relegated from the Premier League last season and were fancied for an immediate return to the top-flight, however life in the second tier has proved difficult for the club so far.
The Clarets sacked Scott Parker at the end of the last campaign and brought in the relatively unknown figure of Nicky Hayen to lead their Championship promotion charge this season.
It's fair to say things haven't gone to play thus far for the Clarets; who sit bottom of the Championship and are without a win from their opening seven league games.
Instead of dreaming of a Premier League return, hope has already given way to fears of the dreaded double relegation for Burnley this season.

Despite their rocky start to life back in the second tier, Burnley remain a double figure price to be relegated to League One at the end of this campaign.
The Clarets may sit bottom of the Championship at this stage, however one win could lift them outside of the relegation zone, and the club host fellow strugglers Derby County at Turf Moor next time out.
More concerning for Burnley fans at present may be the rumours of off-field issues surrounding the club, and the recent resignation of CEO James Holroyd did nothing to calm those fears.
Head coach Hayen may also come under pressure in the near future if he fails to turn Burnley's dismal league form around.
Burnley have conceded the most goals in the league so far this season, incredibly this figure is already the same number of goals they shipped in their entire promotion season under Parker two years ago, when the Clarets were renowned for their defensive strengths.
Another issue for the club at present is the fact that their summer recruitment has so far flattered to deceive.
Big money signing Florentino was signed permanently for a reported £20m following his loan spell last season, but was later sold to Ipswich at a reported £4m loss. While £6.5m midfielder Reo Hatate has made just one start and was consigned to cameos from the bench in his two following appearances.
There remains a long way to go in the Championship this season; however, if Burnley don't begin to pick up points in their next few games, fans may begin to look nervously over their shoulders.
