Perhaps the best-run club in the Premier League, it will come as no surprise that Brighton are amongst the lowest-spending clubs in the Premier League in terms of salaries.
The Seagulls, now part of the Premier League furniture, have consistently punched above their weight thanks to shrewd acquisitions in the transfer market and selling players at the right time. It's rare the club sign household names, preferring to look further afield for players who can be signed more cheaply without adding too much to the wage bill.
The returning Pascal Gross is now the highest paid player at the club, earning £90,000 a week. Ferdi Kadioglu is the club's next top earner, unfortunately missing most of his debut season through injury. Skipper Lewis Dunk and Kaoru Mitoma are the club's next best paid players on £80,000 apiece.
Brighton's total wage bill for the 2025/26 season stands at £86,368,750 per year.
