Brentford are reportedly on the verge of signing of Burnley winger Jaidon Anthony.
The Bees have been heavily linked with a move for the player since the end of last season.
Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano has reported that a deal for Anthony has now been agreed on his X account.
"EXCL: Brentford have agreed deal in principle to sign Jaidon Anthony from Burnley.
"£17m fixed fee plus £3m add-ons, Anthony to sign a 5 year deal at Brentford.
"Formal steps to be completed in the coming days. Here we go."
The Burnley winger was arguably the standout player at Turf Moor last season as the club were relegated from the Premier League.
Anthony initially joined the club on loan in the 2024/25 season and was a key part of the side that amassed 100 points and secured promotion from the Championship.
He joined from Bournemouth on a permanent deal last summer and he has scored 17 goals in 81 appearances for the Clarets.
He looks set to be handed a Premier League lifeline for next season in the form of a Brentford side who won plenty of plaudits during the last campaign.
Keith Andrews' side secured a fantastic top-half finish and they will hope that the imminent signing of Anthony can help them to sustain that success.
