Check out our list of the Brazilian players to have made the most appearances for Arsenal.
In 1999 Sylvinho became the first Brazilian to represent the north London club, opting to join Arsene Wenger's side from Corinthians despite long-standing interest from Tottenham.
Though he would eventually be usurped by the emergence of Ashley Cole on the left side of defence, Sylvinho would ultimately make 80 appearances for the Gunners in all competitions - enough to earn him a place on this list.
Since then a total of 17 Brazilians have made a competitive appearance for Arsenal, though none more than Gabriel Martinelli.
Martinelli joined Arsenal in the summer of 2019 during Unai Emery's time in charge at the Emirates.
Since then he has gone on to make a total of 278 appearances for the club, and while starts have proven more difficult to come by of late, Martinelli still played an important role in the club claiming their first Premier League title in more than two decades.
One player that was central to that triumph was his compatriot, Gabriel Magalhaes.
In his six years at Arsenal the commanding centre back has played more than 260 games for the club in all competitions, enough to earn him second place on this list.
But who joins the two Gabriels in the top ten? Read on to find out.
