Brazil and Morocco shared the spoils in a compelling Group C meeting in New Jersey.
The reigning AFCON champions made an electrifying start to proceedings and were rewarded after 21 minutes when Brahim Diaz's sublime pass pierced the Brazil defence and Ismael Saibari produced an excellent dinked finish to lob Alisson.
Morocco were in the ascendancy after their breakthrough and were knocking on the door for a second when they were breached by an outstanding individual goal from Vinicius Jr. The superstar winger cut inside onto his right foot and rifled a curling effort into the far corner from an improbable angle.
Both sides fashioned opportunities to win the match, but the intensity notably dropped in the second period and neither team were able to muster a decisive goal.
