Rochdale are the favourites to win promotion to the Football League ahead of the National League play-off final against Boreham Wood on Sunday afternoon.

After beating Forest Green Rovers in their play-off quarter-final, Boreham Wood then won 2-1 away at Carlisle United in the semi-finals to book their place at Wembley.
