Birmingham City and Wolves couldn't be separated as they played out a 2-2 draw at St Andrew's on Sunday afternoon.
While the second half served up very little action in the West Midlands, the opening 45 certainly didn't disappoint.
It took just three minutes for Wolves to open the scoring via Fer Lopez, tapping home Rodrigo Gomes' cross to silence the St Andrew's crowd.
Birmingham responded through Jay Stansfield in the 22nd minute, with the 23-year-old emphatically firing home a right-footed effort on the half volley.
Ladislav Krejci was next to have his say in the game, steering a powerful header past James Beadle to put the visitors back in front.
In extraordinary fashion, Jackson Tchatchoua overhit a pass that sailed past Jose Sa and into the Wolves net, levelling the scoring in the 36th minute.
Birmingham looked like the team more likely to add the fifth goal of the game, but there was no breakthrough for Chris Davies' side and both teams come out of the Championship encounter with a point to their name.
