Aston Villa welcome Norwegian champions Viking FK to Villa Park in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday night.
The Villans have had a flawless start to their second UEFA Champions League campaign in three seasons, following up a 3-2 away win against Club Brugge in round one with a 6-0 win over Turkish side Fenerbahce last time out.
Unai Emery's side have also translated that form into wins across all competitions now, having started slowly, winning four of their last five matches across all competitions.
Wednesday's opponents are midway through their current domestic season, embroiled in a title race with Bodo/Glimt and currently sat second in the standings.
The Norwegian side lost 3-1 in their opening match of the UEFA Champions League, but secured a famous 3-3 draw against a 10-man Bayern Munich side last time out.
In his pre-match press conference, Unai Emery confirmed that the Villans would be without a couple of key players for Wednesday's match, so - with that in mind - let's take a look at Villa's team news and predicted lineup for the match.
Emery has confirmed that, alongside the long term absence of Amadou Onana, the Villans have begun to rack up a sizable injury list.
Matteo Ruggeri has been ruled out for "more or less two months", while Aaron Wan-Bissaka is set to be sidelined for three to four weeks.
Brian Madjo is still unregistered for the UEFA Champions League squad, but Taylor Harwood-Bellis has been added in Ruggeri's place and is available for selection, while Ian Maatsen is back training with the squad.
Alongside this, star signing Johan Manzambi - who has scored or assisted in all of his Aston Villa starts so far - is also unavailable, but Emery has described this as just a "small injury".
As a result of these injury issues and Villa's busy schedule, it is likely that the side that faces Viking FK on Wednesday will be vastly different to that which faces Manchester City on Saturday.
Zion Suzuki is likely to continue in goal, having impressed significantly since joining in the summer, behind a back four featuring Matty Cash, Victor Lindelof and Pau Torres.
Left back is a difficult position, but the versatile Lamare Bogarde could be preferred to other options in that position, with John McGinn and Tyrone Mings having also featured there in the past.
Given his previous issues with injury, it's likely that Boubacar Kamara will be rested in midweek, giving Leon Goretzka the chance to start for Villa for the first time, alongside Joao Gomes.
Ibrahim Mbaye and John McGinn are likely to re-enter the starting lineup, replacing Manzambi and Alysson from their lineup against Newcastle United.
Having started at the weekend, Emiliano Buendia could be rested by Emery, with Ross Barkley given the opportunity to start his second successive UEFA Champions League match.
With Madjo unregistered, Nicolas Jackson is likely to retain his place up front, as he looks to add to his three UEFA Champions League goals already this campaign.
Zion Suzuki; Matty Cash, Victor Lindelof, Pau Torres, Lamare Bogarde; Leon Goretzka, Joao Gomes; Ibrahim Mbaye, Ross Barkley, John McGinn; Nicolas Jackson.
