Arthur Fery's Wimbledon prize money after dream semi-final run

Arthur Fery's fairytale run at Wimbledon was halted at the semi-final stage as he fell to a straight sets defeat against French Open champion Alexander Zverev.

The wildcard made headlines as the only British player to remain in the draw for the second week of Wimbledon after he dispatched Damir Dzumhur, Otto Virtanen and world number 39 Zizou Bergs to reach the fourth round.

Many anticipated his remarkable run would grind to a halt against former world number three Grigor Dimitrov, but Fery rallied from two sets to one down to topple the Bulgarian and progress to the quarter-finals.

Ninth seed Flavio Cobolli awaited him in the last eight and Fery dominated the Italian in a majestic performance, taking the first two sets 6-4 7-6 before recording a third set bagel.

Encountering Zverev in the semi-finals, Fery traded games with the German in the opening set to force a tie-break, but his dream of emulating Goran Ivanisevic and becoming the second wildcard to win Wimbledon evaporated as Zverev marched to a 7-6 6-2 6-4 victory.

It's been a life-changing run for Fery and we've looked at the prize money and ranking points he's earned at Wimbledon.

How much prize money has Arthur Fery earned from his Wimbledon run?

Fery will pocket a staggering £900,000 in prize money after reaching the final four of the men's singles at Wimbledon.

To put the significant sum into context, Fery's career earnings prior to the tournament stood at £650,000.

The prize money figure for reaching the semi-finals is almost double what he would have earned if he bowed out in the quarter-finals, with those progressing to the last eight earning £480,000.

Fery's previous best performance at Wimbledon was the second round in 2025, where he earned £99,000.

How many ranking points has Arthur Fery earned from his Wimbledon run?

Fery was 114th in the world prior to Wimbledon but following his progression to the semi-finals, the 23-year-old has earned a mammoth 720 ranking points.

That means the French-born Briton will now climb 78 places to 36th in the ATP rankings.

Not only will that grant him automatic entry to Grand Slams, but Fery is now only four positions shy of being seeded in future major tournaments.
