Wimbledon is viewed by many of the word's best players as the most important tennis tournament in the calendar.
Played at the iconic All England Lawn Tennis Club, Wimbledon captures the hearts of both the British public and tennis fans from across the globe as the biggest prize the sport has to offer and a place in history are up for grabs during the second weekend on Centre Court.
Ahead of this year's tournament, Wimbledon announced a 20% overall increase in prize money compared to 2025 with a total fund reaching a record £64.2 million.
Every round of the men's and women's singles will be rewarded with increased payouts.
In line with the equal prize money offered for the third Grand Slam of the tennis season, the champions will both take home a record £3.6 million.
