The sixth edition of The Hundred is in full swing.
There was change aplenty over the off-season and returning fans will have to get familiar with three new franchise names; including the reigning champions.
Oval Invincibles landed their third title with victory at Lord's in 2025 and they will now go by MI London. Old Trafford-based Manchester Originals have been renamed to Manchester Super Giants and Zak Crawley captains Sunrisers Leeds, formerly known as the Northern Superchargers.
Following on from a hat-trick of successes, it's no surprise that MI London are among the leading candidates to win the competition. Captained by England all-rounder Sam Curran, they possess a strong batting lineup that includes Will Jacks, Ollie Pope, Jason Roy and James Vince.
Trent Rockets are also in a good place after losing out in the final last year. They are extremely stacked in the batting department, boasting Ben Duckett, Tim David, Tom Banton, Finn Allen and Aneurin Donald.
The most impressive lineup with the ball might go to Manchester Super Giants after they stacked their roster full of seamers. Gus Atkinson, Josh Tongue and Sonny Baker complete a trio of England pacers whilst Liam Dawson and Noor Ahmad provide compelling slow options.
Sunrisers Leeds have also been rather impressive. With Mitchell Marsh and Harry Brook in their batting lineup, sides have found it really difficult to cope with their power.
