Christmas Day has won the 2026 Epsom Derby to give Aidan O'Brien a fourth straight success in the race.

As well as a record-extending 12th Epsom Derby, Aidan O'Brien has now incredibly won 50 British Classics as Christmas Day took centre stage with a masterful performance at Epsom.

It was a superb ride from jockey Ronan Whelan as Christmas Day held off second place Maltese Cross and James J Braddock in third.
