Which team will draft Kenyon Sadiq? Odds on where the Oregon TE will be drafted

Former Oregon tight end Kenyon Sadiq has garnered first-round draft hype ever since his sophomore year, and his epic combine performance all but guaranteed him a spot in the top-32 picks.

The Idaho Falls, Idaho native set a combine record for the fastest 40-yard dash by a tight end in history, clocking in at 4.39 seconds.

Sadiq also had a 43.5 inch vertical jump and 11'1" broad jump, absolutely lighting up the combine.

At the end of the college football season, Sadiq was considered to be an end-of-the-first type of prospect, but his athletic performance has jumped his stock into potentially being drafted in the top-half of the first round.

In his junior season at Oregon, Sadiq finished with 51 receptions for 560 yards and eight touchdowns. His production wasn't spectacular, but he showed that he's a willing blocker. An NFL team will certainly bite at his elite athleticism in hopes of turning him into one of the best tight ends in the league.

The Philadelphia Eagles (+350) own the 23rd pick in the NFL Draft and Dallas Goedert is a free agent. Sadiq would be an elite target for Jalen Hurts in the passing game

The Buccaneers (+450) have pick No. 15 and their tight end, Cade Otton, is also a free agent. Sadiq paired with Emeka Egbuka, Bucky Irving, Mike Evans, and Baker Mayfield would be a dangerous offense.

The Chiefs (+500), picking at No. 9, are still in limbo regarding Travis Kelce's decision to retire or come back for another season. Picking Sadiq at nine could be a bit of a reach, but he would be the best offensive playmaker on the team if wide receiver Rashee Rice is suspended again.

The last team with odds shorter than +1000 are the Carolina Panthers at +500. They are picking at No. 19 and have long desired a difference maker at tight end.

The Ravens (+1100), Rams (+1400), Jets (+1400), Vikings (+1600), Commanders (+2000), and Dolphins (+2200) are all on the outside looking in at drafting Sadiq according to oddsmakers.
