Pochettino made 10 substitutions against Peru, with central defender Auston Trusty the only starter to play the full match. Julian Hall's standout performance off the bench could warrant a start against Chile, though he is unlikely to play the entire 90 minutes.
The lineup is expected to feature a blend of veterans to guide the younger players throughout the match. Antonee Robinson, Miles Robinson, and Sergiño Dest are likely to be among them, having featured little or not at all against Peru.
Pochettino had nothing but praise for 17-year-old winger Mathis Albert, suggesting the youngster could be in line for his first senior international start.
Midfielder Tyler Adams played 88 minutes against Peru, which could mean he's due for a rest against Chile.
