English side Aston Villa open as the clear favorites over German club Freiburg, and have already clinched a spot in the UEFA Champions League next season through the Premier League.

Villa are currently fourth in the Premier League, and a single point on the final day or Liverpool dropping points will clinch them fourth place and a birth in the Champions League no matter if they win the Europa League final on Wednesday.

Villa dominated their semifinal tie against fellow English club Nottingham Forest, winning 4-1 on aggregate. Villa are in good form entering the final, with two wins and a draw in their last three matches, but prior to that, Unai Emery's team lost three straight matches.

Atubolu is exceptional penalty stopper, and holds the record for saving five consecutive penalties faced in the Bundesliga. He has also stopped 11 total penalties in his career, and five of the eight penalties he's faces in the Bundesliga.

If it comes down to penalties in the final, watch out for Atubolu to become a major hero for the German club who have never won a European trophy.
