Pedri made his Spanish National team debut in March of 2021, just four months after turning 18-years-old.

He has made 40 appearances for the senior national team, and is the engine of the teams midfield alongside either Martin Zubimendi, Mikel Merino, Rodri, or his Barcelona teammate Gavi.

Pedri was named Spain's Best Young Player in 2021, and was a member of the country's World Cup squad in 2022. He was also a key member of the 2024 team that won the European Championship.

Pedri began his career with UD Las Palmas in the youth system, and quickly caught the attention of Barcelona. Pedri was bought by Barcelona in 2019, but immediately sent back on loan for the next season (2019/20).
