Patriots vs. Bills Predictions, Player Props & Best Bets

Buffalo Bills will look to increase their advantage at the top of the AFC East on Sunday when they host divisional rivals, New England Patriots, at Highmark Stadium.

The Bills are at the top of the pile after starting the season 3-0, while the Patriots are third with a 1-2 record.

The New York Jets have the same record as the Patriots and face a tricky trip to Soldier Field to take on the Chicago Bears on Sunday, while the Miami Dolphins are 0-3 and may soon be planning for the 2027 campaign.

Home advantage is a further boost to the Bills, who will expect to come out on top for the second game in a row against the Patriots.

Patriots vs. Bills Betting Picks and Predictions

Buffalo Bills -7.0 (-105)

Buffalo has made a superb start to the new season and that is once again thanks to the brilliance of quarterback Josh Allen.

Allen has, as he always does, carried the team on his back and pushed them over the line in several crunch moments and he has needed to, with the Bills' defense giving away 78 points across three games.

Buffalo is the first team to surpass the 100 points scored mark and it is tough to see the Patriots slowing them down.

New England was outclassed by the Jacksonville Jaguars last week in a 35-6 defeat, while they have only scored 36 points in three games.

To push Buffalo, New England will need to score points on a regular basis and the fact that the Bills have only punted the ball five times suggests they will have no issues making progress downfield and taking chances with Allen in the form he is in.

Over 49.5 points (-115)

New England has looked a little lost this season under head coach Mike Vrabel, with Patriots quarterback Drake Maye throwing six interceptions and only one touchdown.

He needs to rediscover his confidence and the Bills may allow him to do that. Buffalo should win this game comfortably, but the Bills' defense is playing poorly at the moment.

The Bills have conceded 26 points per game so far and they have allowed 361.3 yards per game on defense.

Both meetings last season surpassed the 42-point mark and while the Bills look a level above the Patriots, their defense should give away a few points, which boosts the chances of this game covering the over line.

Dalton Kincaid over 50 receiving yards (-150)

Allen is arguably the best dual-threat quarterback in the league and he has proved that by rushing for six touchdowns in three games.

He has thrown 786 passing yards and five touchdowns and he has put his faith in tight end Dalton Kincaid on 17 occasions.

Kincaid has rewarded him for his faith with 14 catches and he has 263 receiving yards in three games. The 26-year-old has picked up 95 yards or more in two of his first three appearances and should play a major role once again.

The Bills pass catcher played in both games against the Patriots last season, recording 108 receiving yards in October and 34 in December.

With Kincaid playing at a high level and with consistency, expect Allen to target him on a regular basis in Sunday's showdown in Buffalo.
