The World Cup has come and gone, and MLS is taking over with the inter-league All-Star game.
The top players from MLS will take on the top players from Liga MX on Wednesday, in what will be a preview for the League's Cup competition between the two North American leagues.
The MLS All-Star team is headlined by Son Heung-Min, Anders Dreyer, and Julian Hall.
Sebastian Berhalter, Hugo Cuypers, Rodrigo De Paul, Mbekezeli Mbokazi and Lionel Messi were initially named to the roster, but were replaced for various reasons.
Berhalter and Cuypers have both left MLS for another league in the transfer window. Messi and De Paul have both not returned to Inter Miami after reaching the World Cup final with Argentina on July 19th. Mbokazi suffered and injury in will be unavailable for the game.
The Liga MX All-Stars are headlined by Keylor Navas, Brian Gutierrez, and Gilberto Mora.
