Jaguars vs. Broncos Predictions, Player Props & Best Bets

The Denver Broncos will look to bounce back in Week 2 of the 2026 NFL season as they play host to the Jacksonville Jaguars at Empower Field at Mile High on Sunday.

Sean Payton's team were humbled at Arrowhead Stadium last week as they lost 31-10.

Jacksonville picked up a routine 34-10 victory over the Cleveland Browns in Week 1 and this tie promises to be fascinating viewing.

Both the Jaguars and Broncos won their divisions in 2025 and made the playoffs, but Jacksonville goes into this meeting in the better form.

Jaguars vs. Broncos betting tips and predictions

Jacksonville Jaguars to win (+125)

The Broncos are one of the main contenders for the NFL Championship, and while that remains the case, it is hard to overlook their dismal display in Week 1 and the value on offer to back Jacksonville.

Last week's defeat to Kansas City was not a huge shock considering Denver were on the road, but it was the manner of their performance that was startlingly bad. Denver allowed 392 yards on offense and managed only 176 of their own.

Jacksonville are an underrated side and they finished 2025 with a 13-4 record under rookie head coach Liam Coen. With a year of experience under his belt, he should take the Jaguars to greater heights and he has already proved he can mastermind a win over Denver.

The Jaguars beat Denver 34-20 on the road in Week 16 in 2025 and they can repeat that success this weekend.

Jacksonville quarterback Trevor Lawrence threw four touchdown passes against the Browns last week and he can lead his team to another important victory.

Bhayshul Tuten Over 50 rushing yards (-125)

Denver allowed a whopping 220 yards on the ground in Week 1 and that will have taken its toll on their defense.

The Broncos missed 28 tackles against the Chiefs and allowed 247 yards after those misses.

Jaguars running back Bhayshul Tuten will be raring to go ahead of kick-off, having forced nine missed tackles on his own last week against the Browns.

Tuten is now Jacksonville's lead back and he racked up 66 yards from 15 carries against the Browns.

Jacksonville are likely to lean on their ground game and try to kill time and if Denver do not massively improve their rush defense, they are in for a tough night at the office.

Parker Washington Over 60 receiving yards (-105)

The Jaguars have three solid receivers in Brian Thomas Jr., Jakobi Meyers and Parker Washington and the latter should be able to do some damage as the slot receiver this weekend.

Washington excelled in that role last week as he caught five of his six passes for 83 yards and one touchdown. Including the end of last season, he has recorded 80 yards or more in his last five matches in the NFL and he should be able to have his say on Sunday.

One of those games came against the Broncos in Week 16 and he finished with 145 yards and one touchdown. Washington was targeted 10 times and caught six passes and that was his best performance of the entire 2025 campaign.

The Broncos' secondary is better than Cleveland's, but Denver will do well to keep all three receivers quiet. In the slot, Washington should create enough separation to keep moving downfield.
