Both teams are fresh off a loss to an upper-echelon Big Ten team and looking to get back in the win column - Iowa fell to Ohio State at home, and Washington lost to USC on the road.
A big storyline heading into this game is quarterback Jeremy Hecklinski taking over for the injured Hank Brown for Iowa. Brown put together a masterful 91-yard drive to knock off Michigan, but his play wasn't good against the Buckeyes last week.
Hecklinski is 5'11, compared to Brown's 6'4, but there's no doubt that the former's arm looked better in his limited play at the end of the game last week.
Washington, on the other hand, has their QB situation figured out. Demond Williams Jr. is a threat with his arm and legs and has found a big time connection with freshman receiver Dezmen Roebuck.
The defenses are expected to dominate as the total is set at 41.5. Kickoff is set for 9:00 PM ET on FOX.
