Everything you need to know about Yankees vs. Giants in Opening Night: Netflix's first MLB broadcast

The 126th MLB season begins tomorrow, but rather than having the traditional Opening Day where most teams play, this year will start with a standalone game on Netflix.

Every other team will start their season on either Thursday or Friday of this week, but the New York Yankees and San Francisco Giants will kick the season off in a single primetime game on Wednesday.

Aaron Judge and the Yankees finished with a 94-68 record last year - second in the AL East, before falling 3-1 in the ALDS vs. the Toronto Blue Jays. Despite making the playoffs in eight consecutive seasons, the Yankee great is still searching for his first career World Series ring.

The Giants on the other hand are looking to make the playoffs for the first time since their magical 2021 season. They finished 81-81 last year, third in the NL West, but after adding Rafael Devers at the trade deadline and signing Luis Arraez and Harrison Bader in the offseason, this year's lineup is very formidable.
