After falling to the Portland Trail Blazers in their first Play-In game, Devin Booker and the Phoenix Suns still have one more chance at qualifying for the playoffs.
That chance will come tonight against Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors in a Play-In game between the loser of the No. 7 vs. No. 8 game and the winner of the No. 9 vs. No. 10 game.
Curry scored 36 points to lead the 37-45 Warriors to a win over the Los Angeles Clippers, and he could once again lead his squad to win tonight if he catches fire. It'll be a tougher task though, as the Suns perimeter defense is a solid unit.
The Suns have enjoyed a season where they drastically overperformed expectations. After trading away Kevin Durant in the summer and hiring a first-year head coach, people expected Phoenix to have a re-tooling type of year, but that certainly wasn't the case.
Devin Booker led the way offensively, scoring 26.1 a night and averaging 6.0 assists, while Jordan Ott implemented a top-ten defense - the Suns finished with a 45-37 record.
While the Suns had a terrific regular season, it would feel like a disappointment to not end up making the playoffs at all, and we'll see if Booker and co. can get one more win to qualify Phoenix for the playoffs.
Ahead of the Play-In game, let's take a look at Booker's player props, odds, and lines on bet365.
