CONMEBOL has announced the schedule for the Copa Libertadores quarterfinals, with Brazilian powerhouses Corinthians, Flamengo, Fluminense, and Palmeiras still in contention for the coveted title.
The governing body of South American football released the full fixture list on Thursday, setting the stage for a series of high-stakes encounters. Joining the four Brazilian clubs in the final eight are Argentinian sides Estudiantes and Platense, along with Ecuador's Independiente del Valle and LDU.
In the two-legged ties, Corinthians and Flamengo will have the advantage of playing the decisive second leg at home. In contrast, Fluminense and Palmeiras will face the challenge of securing their semifinal spots on the road.
