The San Francisco 49ers are struggling badly with injuries this week but they should still be strong enough to cover the spread against the Denver Broncos.
Denver faced a Rams team without Myles Garrett or Puka Nacua last week and managed to squeeze a 30-26 victory which went down to the last play of the game.
Now, on the road against what has been arguably the best team in the league this year, they look set to struggle. Brock Purdy has been putting up eye-catching numbers and even though they are banged up, the 49ers can lean on their impressive running game to come out on top.
San Francisco rank sixth in rushing yards (409) and are facing a Denver defense which has allowed the third-most yards of any team in the league (431).
Expect the 49ers to lean heavily on Christian McCaffrey and run all over the Broncos, who may struggle to come up with an answer.

The 49ers have injury issues throughout their team but none more so than in the wide receiver room. Ricky Pearsall, Demarcus Robinson, Christian Kirk and De'Zhaun Stribling have all been on the injured reserve or PUP list while Mike Evans is listed as questionable after suffering a rib injury against Arizona last week.
That should open up opportunities for Deebo Samuel, who has been increasing his production weekly after a slow start to the new season.
The veteran played just 42 per cent of snaps in Week 1 but that rose to 76 per cent in Week 3 and he has two touchdowns already this season.
With a depleted wide receiver corps, MVP candidate Brock Purdy is likely to target Samuel more often this week and the 30-year-old can reward his quarterback with a touchdown reception.
Courtland Sutton 40+ receiving yards (-110)
Denver’s Courtland Sutton is another wide receiver who has had a slow start to the season but his production improved in Week 3 and he could have another big game against the 49ers.
Sutton has 82 yards receiving on 16 targets this season but he did have three catches for 46 yards on seven targets against the Rams last week.
They were all season-high marks and he can continue to prove his worth to the Broncos by reaching 40 yards receiving in this one.
