Lionel Messi's Inter Miami (+300) are the early favorites to win the 2026 MLS Cup after lifting the trophy for the first time in 2025.

The Vancouver Whitecaps (+600) are second in the betting odds after reaching the final last season. Vancouver's team is well rounded with a strong defense, possessive midfield, and clinical attack. The team is at risk of losing some star players like Sebastian Berhalter who had 11 assists from the midfield last season.

LAFC (+900) has the third best odds to win the MLS Cup next season. With Son Heung-Min and Denis Bouanga, LAFC have one of the most potent attacking fronts in MLS. Bouanga bagged 24 goals in 31 games, and Son found the back of the net nine times in just 10 games last season.

Nashville SC (+1000) and FC Cincinnati (+1400) have the next best odds to lift the trophy. Both of these teams are hungry for their first ever MLS Cup after excellent seasons last year.

No team has gone back-to-back since the LA Galaxy won in 2011 and 2012, so history says that a team other than Miami will win the Cup in 2026.
