Founded in 1881, Watford Football Club have been an ever present in the top two divisions of English football in recent seasons, experiencing periods in the Premier League and even reached the FA Cup final in 2019 - losing 6-0 to Manchester City.

Playing their home fixtures at Vicarage Road, Watford are yet to win a major trophy in their history despite their recent successes, losing both of their appearances in major cup finals.

Watford have seen some good players represent their club in their history, with Luther Blissett, Troy Deeney, Moussa Sissoko and Gerard Deulofeu - who scored an iconic goal in their 2019 FA Cup semi final win over Wolves.
