Formed in 1892, Newcastle United are enjoying their 10th successive season in the Premier League after earning promotion from the Championship in 2017.

Boasting a rich history and home to one of the most passionate fanbases in the country, the North East-based outfit ended their 70-year trophy drought drought when defeating Liverpool 2-1 to lift the EFL Cup in the 2024/25 campaign.

It marked the first time that the Magpies have won the competition, adding to their six FA Cup honours and four First Division successes.

UEFA Champions League football has returned to St James' Park in more recent years too, earning qualification for Europe's most prestigious competition on two occasions since Saudi Arabia's PIF bought the club.
