Four-time Formula 1 world champion Max Verstappen will take on 100 people in a unique go-karting challenge at Silverstone.
Racing around a newly-built specialist go-kart circuit, Verstappen will start from the back of the grid and have 30 laps to overtake the 100 challengers, who are all in identical karts.
The challengers consist of people with a racing/karting influencer background and are predominantly content creators, although there is a scattering of celebrities, athletes and journalists included on the grid.
Verstappen will be able to communicate with all the drivers via an in-helmet earpiece, which will be audible for everyone viewing the live broadcast.
Comedian Mo Gilligan will host the coverage of the unique event, which commences at 17:00 BST on Wednesday 16th September.
There are several high-profile names for UK viewers in Max vs 100.
Jack McDermott, otherwise known as Pieface, gained fame streaming FIFA and Football Manager on Twitch and is an avid Formula 1 follower.
Amber Gill is one of three former Love Islanders participating in the event. The 2019 winner features with 2023 entrants Tyrique Hyde and Molly Marsh.
Manny (Emmanuel David Brown), the younger brother of Sidemen member Tobi Brown, will make an appearance.
Professional drift driver Si Hyun Park and motorcycle racer Billy Bolt will be hoping their professions will give them an advantage in the kart, while there is a 2026 European Athletics champion in the line-up as German track and field star Leo Neugebauer features.
