Molly Caudery is set to compete in the Pole Vault at the World Athletics Indoor Championship this weekend.
The 26 year-old makes the trip to Torun, Poland looking to regain her crown from 2024, which saw her earn the gold medal in Glasgow.
After sustaining an ankle injury in the warm up ahead of the 2025 World Championships. Caudery missed out on the opportunity to defend her crown.
Hailing from Truro, Cornwall, Caudery has been in fine form of late, adding a bronze medal at the 2024 European Championships to her silver medals at the 2022 Commonwealth Games, the 2021 European U23 Championships and the 2017 European U20 Championships.
With a PB of 4.92m - a national record which she set in 2024 - Caudery will need to be at her best to earn a second senior career gold medal.
In what is set to be the most competitive events of the weekend, Caudery will face stiff competition from America's Hana Moll, New Zealand's Eliza McCartney and Russia's Polina Knoroz.
McCartney, who struggled with injury last year, will be looking to get one over on the GB athlete, who pipped her to glory in 2024.
The Women's Pole Vault final will take place on Sunday 22nd March, getting underway at 16:45 GMT.
There is no round prior to the final, meaning that Molly Caudery will be in action on Sunday.
