Anthony Yarde will attempt to conquer the unbeaten 'Mexican Monster', David Benavidez, in a blockbuster light-heavyweight world title showdown later this evening.
The hugely-anticipated showdown sits at the top of an absolutely stacked bill of boxing in Saudi Arabia, one which also includes a colossal clash between Brian Norman Jr and Devin Haney.
For British fight fans however, all eyes will be on Yarde as the Londoner attempts to produce an almighty upset in dethroning the seemingly invincible Benavidez.
The 34-year-old has fallen just short of world championship gold on two occasions in the past, firstly succumbing to defeat at the hands of then WBO title-holder Sergey Kovalev in 2019, before falling victim to former undisputed 175-pounder Artur Beterbiev four years later.
Yarde has been relentless in his pursuit of world championship gold however, and has worked his way back into contention with four successive victories, including a wide unanimous decision success over domestic foe Lyndon Arthur last time out.
But will it be a case of third time lucky in the Middle East later this evening?
David Benavidez vs Anthony Yarde takes top-billing on The Ring's blockbuster bill in Riyadh, with ring walks for the main event scheduled to get underway at around 01:20 (GMT).
DAZN PPV will kick-off their live broadcast at 20:00 (GMT) with the a plethora of huge world title affairs, including Brian Norman Jr vs Devin Haney, featuring on the undercard.
