West Bromwich Albion have reportedly struck a deal to sign Levante's highly-rated winger Kareem Tunde for a fee of around £4 million.
According to reputable Spanish sports outlet Superdeporte, the 21-year-old has agreed to the move with the player set to travel to the Hawthorns to undertake a medical and complete the formalities of the deal.
The report says Albion will pay around £2.6 million as a guaranteed fee with around £1.7 million based on player and club performance bonuses, whilst the La Liga side will retain a 20% sell-on fee.
The pacy wideman only made his senior debut for Levante last season and went on to make 21 appearances for the club across the 2025/26 campaign.
He has featured regularly throughout pre-season, even being deployed as an emergency right-back, however, it seems he is set to seal a move to the Championship.
Levante are set to take on Osasuna this evening without the services of Tunde, who hasn't been named as part of the team's travelling party as a move to the Hawthorns edges closer.
The Baggies have enjoyed a hugely productive start to the new campaign, beating Norwich City and Burnley in the league, whilst also seeing off Rotherham United in comprehensive fashion in the EFL Cup.
Head coach James Morrison has been active in the summer transfer window, concluding deals for seven new signings including midfielder Felix Horn Myhre and striking pair Jimmy-Jay Morgan, from Chelsea, and hot Scottish prospect Barney Stewart from Falkirk.
Albion are expected to ramp up their interest in a number of further targets over the coming week, with Tunde's imminent arrival expected to be followed by at least one or two more.
The deal could also pave the way for former Celtic man Mikey Johnston to seal a move away from the Hawthorns amidst speculation suggesting Derby County are eyeing-up a late move for the 27-year-old attacker.
