Sheffield Wednesday are 9/2 to be promoted from League One season following the appointment of Dave Challinor as the club's new manager.
The club have announced that an agreement was reached on Saturday evening and Challinor will be in attendance for Sunday's League One match at home to Blackpool.
Challinor will be introduced to supporters on Monday and he will take over a team who are currently two points off the play-off places.

Challinor was linked with a move to Hillsborough in the summer following the club's relegation from the Championship.
The club opted to stick with Henrik Pedersen ahead of the new campaign but he was dismissed following last weekend's 2-0 defeat at Doncaster Rovers.
Challinor boasts an astonishing record of achieving a play-off finish or better in each of his 15 full campaigns as a manager and the club's hierarchy will be hoping that he can work his magic with the Owls.
The former Stockport County boss left Edgeley park following the defeat to Bolton Wanderers in last season's League One play-off final and his target will be to lead Wednesday back to the second tier.
Whilst the Owls are currently 9/2 to be promoted this season, they are also an eye-catching 5/4 to finish in the top six.
Meanwhile, a title-winning campaign in League One in Challinor's first season can be backed at 20/1.
